After 4,500 miles I’m back in Colorado. The road trip was pretty kewl although the driving was pretty nasty at times – the last day I drove 13hrs to beat a storm.
Back in Keystone now for a little while and Lurch and Lisa are down here too.
This morning we skied Keystone, then after lunch we headed up to A-Basin for a change of scenery and the snow was AWESOME!!! Here are some pics from the Basin.
Now time for some slowboarder abuse. Twice a run Lurch gets to do this…..
Lurch wanted me to take this pic so it looks like he is riding the black runs. As you can see though he isn’t strapped in so I think the game is up.
Andy and I skied Pali’s but this is where Lurch went.
And to finish off a day at the Basin a BBQ was in order.
Followed by some 500 – not bad for a Wednesday.
mum knows about the diamond run now, stiff cheddar. OK Tom, we know about slowboarders spending most of the time on their bum. Regards.
