I’ve got some pics of Colorado but I suppose I better post the last ones from the southern 2007 winter.
I did a bit of hiking once the lifts closed and these pics here are along the Dart River. Every other sign I’ve seen over estimates the travel time often by as much as double. So the 8.5hrs to the Dart Hut sounded like 4hrs…..
It was 9hrs.
After a quiet night at the Dart Hut I began the 9hr return walk in the pouring rain. It wasn’t quite snowing in the bottom of the valley but it was at the top. On the way out I spotted the Blonde Panther.
