All morning we skiied the outer bowls and since we were hiking at around 13,000 feet we decided to spend the afternoon back on the front mountain trying out some jumps.
During summer Keystone has wicked mountain bike stuff (which Damo claims) and during some sorties off the beaten track we have found some of these mountain biking things.
For example – here are 2 MASSIVE DROPS. Tim and I thought it would be kewl to drop these at the same time – pity Little Jimmy didn’t get the timing right and missed us in the air.
Just below the big drops is this jump – thankfully the wood didn’t end up sticking as much as I thought. Wilson took out that risk by jumping the entire thing.
And the last run of the day was Little Jimmy and I riding rails. I love my skis, therefore when I ride rails I don’t touch the rail…..
