We’ve had a great burst of winter over the last week with over 3 feet of snow and the skiing has been great.
So far I haven’t had a day skiing on my own and last week the posse included, Erin, Adam, Megan, Al, Wayne, Judith, Chef Dan, Luke, john, Nick and Charlie. Everyone is excited about the new snow which is awesome.

With the new snow pretty much everything is open. Today Luke the Ski Maker and I hiked above the Windows and finally got a run down Crumps. Hadn’t snowed in 4 day or so but lots of freshies still to be had.
My turn to go for a wee tumble.
On Australia Day I ducked up to Montezuma to check out the snow conditions. A couple of things still need to fill in and the snowpack needs to settle down but looking good.
One day after sledding I took a backcountry route with the truck. Nothing hurt except my pride.
Amongst all the skiing I had another birthday and I picked up a piano for myself, it even has a whiskey glass holder.
