First posts of the season

Yesterday was a pretty standard 10″ day here at Keystone.  The Interstate from Denver was closed all day so nobody could get to the slopes to encroach on our fresh tracks….  and if you call thigh deep,  first people down a run in the season fresh tracks then you are in the right wave length.

Unfortunately it was still snowing ALL DAY – so the pics wouldn’t have come out with the flat light and I wasn’t prepared to stop for a photo op.  Today however was different – not as much fresh snow but blue sky,  no wind and until 11am there was no people.

Here is Al waiting for the bus – notice the new snow on his truck in the background.

Hehehehe – another tough day at the office.
