Not exactly roughing it

We’ve had some snow and the crew has gone wild.  Thursday we buried ourselves in the Beaver…..

The Beaver Creek moto is “Not exactly roughing it” and I think it rings pretty true.  Our day at the Beaver started with us parking at the Ritz.  Black Betty might not be pretty but she is big and black.

Not exactly roughing it over lunch.

Paul and I, after lunch, excited about the Beaver on offer.

After Thursday at the Beaver – we had a stack of snow at Keystone and to get the best of it…. required a little more ‘roughing it’.

There was a little (2.5hrs) of hiking involved above the lifts……

We did make it to the top and there weren’t any complaints about the day, the weather, the snow or even the company – hahahaha.

 And finally – here is some skiing that is not really roughing it……
